Scientific Name Notes -In order to avoid the confusion caused by a very simple and inadequate original description of Taenia gadipollachii, Nybelin (1922) proposed Parabothrium bulbiferum as a new name for tapeworms found in gadids that do not belong to Abothrium gadi. P. bulbiferum
