Scientific Name Notes There is some conflicting information as to the date of this name and that of its type species. Several sources cite Diesing (1854). However it appears that the genus was erected and the type species (i.e., T. tenuicollis) described by Diesing as early as 1850 (see Diesing, 1850; pg. 576) (see Beveridge, 2008).
