| Scientific Name Notes | Redescribed by Querner (1924) (citation #4341) and Beveridge (2008) (citation #4522). There is some conflicting information as to the date of the name of this genus and that of its type species. Several sources cite Diesing (1854). However, it appears that the genus was erected and the type species (i.e., T. tenuicollis) described by Diesing as early as 1850 (see Diesing, 1850; pg. 576) (see Beveridge, 2008). |
