Scientific Name Notes Cooper (1918) refers to B. sturionis as the type species for Bothrimonus. Kuchta et al. (2014) kept the species as valid, even though its validity is questionable (no other records since the original one; misidentification with Diplocotyle olrikii cannot be ruled out..
