Redescription
Scientific Name Notes The genus is known only from scolices. Southwell (1927) described the scolex as bearing only a pair of bothridia, but examination of his scolex illustration indicates that the bothridia may be paired and fused dorsoventrally (see Ruhnke, 2011).
