Redescription
Scientific Name Notes Ruhnke (2011) stated "It would be difficult to recognize the species upon re-collection, given the poor quality of the description, and the fact that the host species is essentially unknown. Given the lack of this information, Hoaleshwaria should be considered a nomen dubium." Ruhnke (2011) listed the host species as Trygon sp. [sic"]
