Redescription
Scientific Name Notes Bhagwan and Shinde (2002) attributed this species to “Pawar (1983)” from "Narcina brunnea". "Pawar (1983)" was not included in the list of references. Extensive literature searches indicate that this paper was never published. The name Sephenicephalum marathwadensis is thus considered to be a nomen nudum, unavailable for nomenclatural purposes.
