| Scientific Name Notes | This is 1 of several species of Polypocephalus described from “Rhinobatus granulatus” from the Indian Ocean; it is unlikely that all of the species from this host are distinct, diagnosable species. This species is provisionally considered valid until a formal assessment of the species status of this species, relative to the type species, P. radiatus can be made. |
