| Redescription | |
| Scientific Name Notes | This is 1 of 9 species of Polypocephalus described from Rhynchobatus djeddensis from India; it is unlikely that all of these are valid taxa. The description (incl. illustrations) of this species is poor and incomplete, and based on less than a handful of specimens. In addition, the lack of access to types renders this species essentially unrecognizable; it is thus considered to be a species inquirenda. |
