Redescription
Scientific Name Notes This species was described in an unpublished thesis (Subhapradha, 1948). The thesis is not deposited in the University of Madras (R. Kutcha, pers. com.). The name E. lateroporum has been used by Anantamaran (1963) and by Reimer (1975) for larvae found on mollusks and crustaceans. This species was considered a species inquirendum by Campbell & Andrade (1997).
