G240581–G240584 [CMJ-5, CMJ-6]), four paratypes (mature worms; USNM Nos. 1682688–1682691 [CMJ-5, CMJ-6]), and five paratypes (two mature and one immature worms, and strobilar vouchers of two scoleces prepared for SEM; LRP Nos. 10958–10962 [CMJ-5, CMJ- 6, CM03-1]); scoleces prepared for SEM retained at the University of Kansas
